About Kathy Pham

I’m Kathy Pham, a personal trainer here in Southeast Texas. I obtained my Bachelor’s degree from Lamar University and have been a personal trainer for about 2 years and ongoing. Growing up, I was always active and loved playing sports. However, after high school, I no longer played sports and needed to find another outlet to stay active. Entering college, I found a training facility that not only taught me fundamentals but allowed me to fall in love with the gym. I have been working out for about 6 years, and it has done so much for me both physically and mentally.

Always strive for growth and progress, but do not ever forget how far you’ve come and what you’ve accomplished.
